TCP/IP local network manager.
Features:
1)Using hostlist file in wich all information about network is stored. This information then can be loaded and used for example to show hosts even when masterbrowser of the network isn't working correctly.
2)Can show hostlist as simple list, visual map with animated images.
3)Opening both by IP or hostname. Usefull when WINS/DNS server in your network is not working properly. 
4)Builded-in scripted NetSearcher, NetMessenger.
5)Plug-ins support let's you manage your network by single application. Plug-ins can be free developed by anyone who can do it. Header nvplugn.h file included.
6)You can use NetView API in your applications to simply access NetView's hostlist. You can find components for Borland Delphi and C++ Builder in brlndsdk.zip file.
